How it Works:
Check In & Out:
The check-in period begins at 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Guests will get the precise location of the outpost in the email confirming their reservation. You will also receive an email including the name of the cabin as well as your admittance code. We’ll also send you the personalized code through text on the day of your arrival. We were able to text the number with any questions or concerns for the duration of our stay. Each cabin has keyless entry and when it’s time to leave, you close the door and press the lock button.
What’s inside the cabin?
Each cabin is outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, private bathroom and hot shower, AC + Heat, Queen sized bed (or Queen sized bunks) and clean and modern amenities. The large windows are a real showstopper – it was so fun to lay in bed and look out into the trees. Getaway House is also pet friendly and we had a dog bowl, leash and treats waiting for us when we arrived which was such an unexpected touch.

Final Thoughts:
I think Getaway House makes for the perfect romantic getaway for couples but it’s also super fun for families. Our girls got a kick out of the bunk beds and loved playing outside and walking along the trails. Looking at photos you would never realize how many tiny cabins are on the property but they are positioned so that you feel like you are alone in the woods!
